LU/LA (Limited Use Limited Application)
These are commercial elevators that are available for customers that are in need of an elevator but do not have the space for a conventional application. 
LU/LA elevators are used for low rise buildings and are substantially more cost efficient than a standard commercial elevator. 

• The pit is only 14" 
• The hoistway may be built of wood or sheet rock instead of masonry.
• The overhead is only 134" for new construction and 102" existing building.

Wheelchair lifts or vertical platform lifts provide cost effective access for disabled persons in residential or commercial buildings.

• Shaft enclosures (models available)

The wheelchair Lift can be provided with an enclosure preventing the need for costly conventional shaft construction.
